How to use this tool

  1. Choose a device and screenshot

Select an iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet frame, then add a screenshot of your app. The image stays in your browser.

  2. Fit the image to the screen

Choose Fit entire image, Fill screen, or Actual pixels. Adjust zoom from 50% to 200% and use one of nine positions to place the screenshot inside the bezel.

  3. Style and export your mockup

Choose the PNG output size and visual style. Add a headline if useful, check the preview, and download the finished image without a watermark.

Control how your screenshot fits

At 100% zoom, Fit entire image scales the screenshot to fit inside the screen, leaving space when the proportions differ. Fill screen covers the screen and crops any excess. Actual pixels uses one source pixel for each pixel in the downloaded PNG at 100%. Increasing zoom can crop the image in any mode; position controls which part remains visible.

Understand the frame and output size

Each device preset sets the screen shape and PNG dimensions. For iPhone presets, you can also choose from iPhone 11, 12, and 13 family mockups. The output includes the complete composition: your device mockup, background, and any text.

Show the app people will actually use

Start with a screenshot that accurately shows your app on the chosen device. A mockup can help present it on a website or in marketing. For a store listing, review the linked screenshot specifications as well: matching the export dimensions alone does not establish that the image's content meets the store's requirements.

A few useful details

Are my screenshots uploaded to a server?

No. The image is processed and exported locally in your browser. You can download the PNG without creating an account.

Why is part of my screenshot cropped?

Fill screen enlarges the image until the screen is covered, which crops it when their proportions differ. Actual pixels can also extend beyond the screen. For the least cropping, choose Fit entire image at 100% zoom; zooming above 100% can crop it again. Use the position controls to choose the visible area.

Does Actual pixels mean the preview is life-size?

It refers to the downloaded file. At 100% zoom, one pixel from your source screenshot maps to one output pixel. The on-page preview is scaled to fit your browser. Any part of the screenshot outside the device screen is clipped.

Can I create a matching set of mockups?

Yes. Export one image at a time, then replace the screenshot while keeping your frame, output size, and style. Check the fit and position for each new image before downloading it.
